It can be physically exhausting, but, I feel its less risky as far as disease. Not always. It depends on the encounter. I usually don't have a plan for a meeting beyond our mutual interests, and anticipating snack and libation needs. I like to let the encounter take it's course. Sometimes a body rub is a part of the deal, and sometimes it isn't. Because I'm not a purely GFE provider, there is no such activity that would be considered a part of a standard GFE session.

Depending on the provider, FBSM is usually a glorified blow n go. But I know ladies who actually put a lot of thought into their FBSM sessions, and have taken the time to actually become certified (or at least skilled) in handling the human body. Most of those ladies feel exactly like Kymber, where they feel it's safer, and that GFE is too much, and it can be just as physically exhausting.
