Actually...I want people to pay for healthcare, that is why I was for the mandate. Just like I am for making folks get auto insurance.
I am not for food stamps or phones.
We already provide free school to kids before college....are you against that? I have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in school taxes and have never had a child.
I am not for unlimited unemployment insurance.
We already give subsidized housing to almost all homeowners in the form of interest mortgage deduction. You do understand what that means , right?
I probably am for a free abortion because long term it is much cheaper than to house, school and then imprison the potential criminal that people that are not wanting to have kids usually raise. But that is purely a math problem with me, not a moral one. You seem to have no problem having others pay for these criminals imprisonment. Shall I accuse your stated policy's of subsidized prisons. But I would only provide that one free abortion if they then had their tubes tied also.
To be clear, I am for taxes to actually pay for the things that you call free. Like the military. According to your logic, that too is 'free'.

And yet you voted for Odumbo who stalwartly advances that all of these expenses be borne by the general public for the benefit of the few. BTW, condoms are still cheaper than abortions, and any truly "responsible person" can buy them at WalMart.

That is probably a pay grade or two above your head. Citizens of the U.S. live in a Republic. The government is responsible and beholden to those people; not vice versa.
We will see in the next few months.
btw, did you hear that Obama got reelected despite this crap ya'll keep yapping about? Deflect, deflect, deflect!

I think I touched a nerve with WTF. He couldn't even highlights things properly. I can imagine his hand shaking as wiped the spittle off his lips and he tried to write. For the record I spent several years stationed in the Med in two different services. I think...wait, I am pretty certain that I know more about the military assets in the Med than does our commander in chief.
This does not and never had anything to do with the election. Only democratic liberals think everything is about politics (thank Saul Alinsky for that). This is about character and supporting out people overseas. It did not matter how the election turned out.

If one wants to shift tax burdens, then eliminate Federal funding, require the states to carry 100% of the costs of education, but mandate equal distribution of resources, teacher minimum requirements, and student minimum requirements .. standardized certification and graduation requirements.
The same with health care, unemployment, and disability. State regulated and funded.

I take care of myself and save a fortune by self-insuring my own health.
If anyone tried to force me to buy health insurance when I don't need or want it that's the day I bug out of this socialist, collectivist beehive.
The same for your auto insurance fetish too.
Things were just fine for decades until the insurers and trial lawyers lobbied to have liability insurance past as manditory. Now the costs of accidents has gone up by 3,000 percent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Manditory auto insurance is a SCAM. It's always been unnecessary because anyone who chooses to can buy insurance for un-insured drivers.. THAT'S CALLED CHOICE.
I BELIEVE IN CHOICE.
You can take your nanny state with its manditory seatbelts and insurance and bicycle helmets and stick it someplace very unpleasant to imagine.

Oh yea, the states can really afford to do that. Thats why we see so many of them rejecting federal funds right?
