Well now, Pot is legal in Colorado. And we have re-elected the most liberal administration in history to a lame-duck four-more-years.

Can we now expect that the liberal power elite will legalize consensual sex for money? If reguated (and they would) there would be a heck of a Ca$h stream to spend!

I saw that about Colorado, which is one of the last states I would have thought would completely legalize it.

Can employers still not hire based on a drug test that turns up postive for the substance?

JD you are right, just think average girl walks into bar and expects to have drinks bought for her all night and it just doesn't happen. When she ask her friend why the guys are all just talking to thier friends and drinking beer she learns they all stopped by and spent and hour with thier 20 something yr old hot escort after work. I'm sure they can for any state or fed jobs. Since it is still against fed law.

It would probably depend on the job description and the amount of thc in the system.
