Jerry is a salesman....his job (self-appointed) is to hawk his product to the buying public. And that product is, of course, the Dallas Cowboys. Even when we were in the midst of those Dave Campo's (three consecutive) 5-11 disasters, JJ double-talked the media on a weekly basis while doing his best by slapping lipstick and silk dresses on those pigs. I attended yesterday's game (I was given tickets by a friend who had to be out of town for a funeral)....how ironic, huh? as I watched that first quarter-plus death march of bumbling football. And that PSA on the big screen (JJ's breast cancer announcement) drew the loudest boos I've heard in years at a home stadium that weren't directed toward the opponent. Jerry....did you hear what your buying public thinks of you and your product?

Jerry's biggest problem is when the boos finally stop......the silence of apathetic shrugs and sighs of "Who cares?" loom on the horizon. And an empty stadium (or one partially filled with disinterested fans) may be the only thing he understands. Perhaps only then change will finally come about within the Jones matrix of futility and total failure.

Well Cowgirl fans have you given up on this season? The boys will be sitting at home for the playoffs again, so sorry. But there is hope, Dallas is at Atlanta and the Falcons are on a roll. But I have a feeling about this game, kind of like having to get up in the middle of a sound sleep to take a piss. That feeling you try to ignore, but you know you are not going to piss your bed, so you fight it for a bit, but you eventually get up, piss and then try to go back to sleep. Well this feeling I have about the Boys and The Falcons is about the same. Upset time and Cowboys walk away with a win this Sunday in a tight game.

Empty stands won't happen for a while. The Stadium is still a place to go see for those who like football and don't live here in Dallas.

Tickets are still going for three times face value for games via stubhub and other avenues.

That ALMOST happened, except in the 4th quarter the Falcons told themselves to stop bullshittin' and expose the Cowboys defense when they felt them getting tired.

I was hoping for Dallas to win as well. They were doing so good holding the Falcons to field goals. SMH......
