REFERRELS FROM HOBBIEST

I was wondering how a hobbiest can give me a referrel along with the review they give to me? Or can they give me a referrel without placing a review? How does it work please?

Also, if you are referring to a vouch then a simple PM to the Staff will be enough.

Nope im talking about when you go to a providers statistics in General Information theres a feature for Referrals...how does one get more??

That number increases only when new members register and use your screen name as a reference of whom directed them to the site.

You currently have 2 referrals which mean that 2 new members registered on the site and used you as the person who referred them to the site.

It has nothing to do with any reviews that have been written nor anyone you've seen.

.....having worn the mod and admin hat for many years (and still wearing one) ==> I can honestly say that as a staffer back then and now ==> I appreciate assistance because none of us are on here 24/7. About the only time I would hesitate in posting something is when I knew it was a "hot" topic that some how I kinda felt was being handled behind the scenes; anything relating to members receiving points as someone did the other day; it getting in the middle of something just to offer an opinion. Most of the stuff here is pretty clear cut and dried within the forum guidelines.

Actually there is a form of moderating (not the real good kind) that goes on all the time throughout these forums where people tell other people they should use search more; get all wrapped-up in discussions on threADS which have already been sanctioned by the owners; etc.

My advice to anyone who wants to get on any staff has always been ===> throw your hat in the ring and see if you can qualify through the owner or get off the horse. Just remember one thing -- your life on this or any other forum wil change forever once you don a staffer's hat.
