ok... just had to report back... i did go directly to my nearest mamma margies, and had a carne guisada w/cheese, and a beef fajita w/ avacado slices... yumm!

Love me some BARBACOA. Best I've had in SA is Martinez Barbacoa Y Tamales at Fredricksburg and French. Go on Sunday before 1030am (beat the rush, they might sell out) U can get a pound of all meat barbacoa, chile, 2 liter soda and two packages of tortillas (flour or corn or combo) for $12 bucks. Amazing!
