There is a difference between what is advertised, which can be read by anyone with a computer, and what is discussed/agreed upon in a one-on-one private conversation. The rationale for the way advertisements are worded is because advertising a line item menu with prices is solicitation in and of itself and constitutes a crime.

Exaggeration does not make a scenario feasible, it only makes the scenario more and more unlikely and disconnected from reality the more you exaggerate. When you use examples that have no basis in reality, you're dealing in nonsense. But then, you've already proven that.

When you figure out how to ask for specific menu items to be performed by a provider within a specific time period for a set price without "soliciting for prostitution" let me know.
