Oh, surely there is a contingency plan for ECCIE being plotted behind the scenes? Would love to hear from the owner/admin. Perhaps this won't be addressed until President Trump inks his signature, making it law? Then I suppose there will be legal interpretation, appeals, lawsuits, whatever. Hopefully the implementation will take a while, giving everyone time to prepare, but who thought TER would cave so quickly? ECCIE may stay up without ads, egad! (Not sure what reviews fall under in all of this. Science fiction? Some are already!)

I also find it interesting that out of all of the local channels in Houston, a hotbed of hussying and supposed sexploitation, KPRC 2 is the only one that even bothered with a brief news story a few days ago talking about the pending vote. Nobody locally has yet covered the congressional passing of the bill.

I realized that this law would allow almost every "managed" girl on this board, backpage, craigslist, or any place like that to sue the site they were advertised on, collect damages, AND their lawyers could also collect attorney's fees as well. I would never take a case as this, since it is outside of my expertise, but I do know a gang of blood sucking attorneys that would do anything to get their fees paid. And since insurance would generally never cover these type of damages, this would be money flowing directly out of the pockets of those who are registered owners of such sites, no matter where the servers are.

Yeah, I don't see this site such as this surviving much longer. That or it will adapt in ways of having absolutely no advertising and being a totally private, members-only message board.

I’ve been through similar when I lived in California and the fall of RedBook. I was a RedBook girl for 5 yrs. When the owners faced criminal charges we all were left with “What we do now?”

Guys:
Start writing down names and numbers and emails of the girls you want to keep around. Start now. Or you can just screenshot a whole bunch of pages of showcases but get the info now.
Get your references in order. Now...cause a lot of girls will quit when new law goes into effect. So contact references now. And get their info now too. Ladies will be screening very hard.

Some people are kinda brushing this off, but to some of us providers this is our only source of income. Ive only been doing this for a little bit but you guys and girls have saved me from getting hurt physically and getting in trouble. Hopefully I can keep in touch with some of y’all, but either way I’m be working till eccie shuts down.

Ok i guess ill just reactivate my p411 they cant shut them down they are based in canada where this is legal ill pay 20 amonth to keep credits no worries most of eccie are on p411 they are fighting a losing battle and as long as you have a legal id number to prove your legal your golden.. So watever they did this with aspd then eccie was made and if they try it will be rebranded calm down just make sure you know someone in main circle to reach out as soon as rebranded (i mean a mod or a top tier reviewer who are friends with mods like rl friends) and you will be first to know when new site is up till then find your site based in a country that is legal and has no legal contracts (like canada) or obligations to do anything us wants.
