I went back to read it twice. BW never said to lower your rate, she recommended the East Coast for higher rates. Not a word about lowering. You might want to read it again before you go slamming certain providers and using the race card as your excuse to attack others of another race. BW is very familiar with the market here and gave you honest advice about what the market will bear here.

Marketing has limitations. If what you offer doesn't fit in with the demographics, you can market yourself or try to create a market all day long if you want but you still won't come out ahead. You can't force blue collar Joe to buy Saks Fifth if he doesn't really want to.

Only one way to settle this. Raise your rates to 450 and come on down. Let's see what happens. If Brooksie turns out to be wrong, I'll go spank her race card ass.

Also, if you're listening to Wolfie, your research ain't complete. ijs...
Can I get some of that spanking action?

Yup, I said the same thing. Seems like the OP isn't responding to logic, she didn't reply to my comment.

You can defend her all you want to. She doesn't need to quote "lower your rates" to inadvertently mean it. It was tacky and I called it what it was.

I mean really, should I listen to someone who has tons of experience yet still is a low-range donation? that just shows me that she may not have the best scope on rates herself. I'll pass on that advice.

I agree with some of that. But the provider who is smart with marketing makes sure to appeal to white collar joe instead.
I am not the best at marketing now but will say the way I present myself now most of my clients are white collar. Maybe due to the way I write, and sophisticated correspondence, perhaps.

Houston is a blue collar city, meaning even the high paying white collar guys behave accordingly. Do a test run in Houston and see what happens. I imagine that you will try to make these white collar guys regulars because I doubt that you will get too many revolving door takers if you are price gets too high.

You are making a good point, but I will be fine in Houston, and my donation isn't that high. Maybe compared to what you are accustomed to paying. However take a look somewhere else besides ECCIE quality providers. My rate is on the low-end of even the ebony providers. I cant even imagine how it compares to the others.

Eros in Houston is notoriously bad. P411 is better; however, it really is no different than Eccie because both have the same whores. That's the point: accustomed to paying. Houstonians don't like to change their ways. You will find out.

HA! I almost hit the ground laughing. Your insults and jabs just go to show that you are indeed trying to be rude in an attempt to make my polite comment look mean spirited. The only provider in this thread that has shown herself to be "tacky" is you.

Also, my "low-range donation" is because I only offer CBJ. I would consider myself a full-service massage therapist and a rate of $200/hr for that seems more then fair to both myself and those that come and see me.

I'm just stating facts: the only unsolicited/unwarranted advice I get about lowering my rates, is from white women. (and I think we all know why that is)
I'm fine with my rates and will not be lowering them. This hobby isn't all about reviews, its about looks too, and my looks warrant a rate of 350+, even here in Dallas.

.
You did pull the race card & you're going to find out real quick this isn't dallas coed.. You need to get thicker skin or your going to be offended every hour of the day your in houston coed..

BW is right & if you can't handle responses here then just post an ad in the correct section which this isnt the place & see what happens..

It doesn't matter what race BW is she is giving you truthful advice.. If you were so sure of yourself you wouldn't have to make a thread to get reassurance..

I recognize a "crab in a barrel" when I encounter one. The first & only thing you mentioned (and attempted to give my advice on) was my rates. Yet you have plenty of reviews and still at a low donation amount? Hmm you sound like quite the financial adviser.
I was simply stating facts, that white providers are the only ones to suggest (unwarranted)I lower my rates.
I wasn't being rude before. But I can show you rude now- You simply aren't one I want to take advice from. You don't qualify. Look at you, then look at me, we don't compare. Don't compare your reviews to mine, don't compare your looks to mine, don't compare your menu to mine, and especially don't compare your rates to mine.
