Incall preferences?

I prefer to rent out homes these days instead of booking hotels. It feels a lot more comfier and saves on costs. Room service and libations from the mini bar can add up!

From a provider point of view I can say that I never book hotels.

I only rent out entire places or houses.

I am a squirter. My sheets get wet. I need a washer and dryer in my incall. How do you explain to your front desk at the hotel that you need several sets of sheets a day?!?... Or WAY more towels then provided?!?

At a private vacation rental you have nobody to answer too. It feels more like a home. There is ample parking.

You can have a variety of drinks and refreshments and get naughty all over the house. Instead of just being confined to one room.

Another bonus is that I get to book upscale 2 or three bedroom houses for less then what I would pay for an upscale hotel.

You actually have someone HUGE to answer to ... the owner ... and now in days with people much more aware that these "day/weekly" rentals can be nothing more than pop-up brothels, lots of owners ask their neighbors to keep a close eye on their property.

As for the sheets, bring some with you. Plus, on top of that, I also call housekeeping kind of giggling explaining that I just spilt a glass of milk on my bed and could really use an extra set of sheets. They have never given me any issues. And if they happen to offer to change the sheets for me, I just say something like "oh no please, there is no reason for you to do extra work for my mistake. I'll remake the bed in a moment and call when I am ready for my dirty sheets to be picked up". Simple.

I prefer private vacation rentals. You prefer hotels. To each their own.

I need to be able to change and wash my sheets after every appointment. Who wants to lay down on sheets someone else had sex in?

So I travel with extra sheets and always bring my own towels. There has to be a washer and dryer.

I alao travel with my own cleaning supplies. So I can scrub down the bathroom after each client.

So does my BFF Kayla Brady.

There are clients who prefer hotels and there are those who prefer private residences.

Both Kayla and me have real world occupations that validate having meetings. No suspicious behaviour there if we have a handful of gentleman come and go.

It's all about how you present yourself.

At private vacation rentals or hotels.

^^^^ Very good points, I guess I enjoy working from hotels since I never really get to stay at them. I'm either at home or at my incall (which is a condo).

I actually have not even stepped foot in a hotel in over a year. Damn, I need a legit vacation.
