If Fancy did reveal ANY real-life-info of a member on this board, and if revealing ANY real-life-info (with malicious intent or not) is considered to be outing, which I believe is what GL#5 states, then she can't move away from that.

However, based on my observations of Fancy's behavior on this board, I'm happy to accept that it was done without malicious intent.

If she wanted to she could reveal every single aspect of what she did and the outcome of it except the specific info that resulted in her ban, specific private communications, and private area content that's not her own.

She could though, for example, use president Barrack Obama's info or some other obviously facetious or famous character to illustrate what exactly was said and we could have a discussion about whether or not that constitutes a violation.

She could also relay in her own words every PM and email she was sent on the matter if she so chooses.

I suspect we will find her unwilling to do so. That's her right, but she can't have it both ways.

Really? Not what I've been told, but there seems to be a lot of that going around, miscommunication.

Nearly everything I have typed so far has been twisted, so I see no reason to bother, especially since I was told to move on. Nobody let me, so I tried again to defend myself, but I should have known better than to engage in a battle no provider on ECCIE will ever win. I'm not good at staying quiet, but I guess I'll have to gird my pretty panties and be the person who shows restraint when everyone else keeps chattering.

Y'all believe what you wish, as you will anyway. I am the Sataness of ECCIE currently, but someone else will eventually be crowned in my place. I wish him or her much luck with a fair trial and execution by public opinion.

Told by whom? You mentioned St. C told you he didn't want to hear about it. That doesn't mean you have to drop it entirely or can't discuss it on the board.

Maybe he did say the latter but I'm fairly certain he didn't, and that's not what you've relayed to us nor have I heard anything behind the scenes which would suggest it. Think I'm libertarian regarding members speaking their minds? He's even moreso! It's a core principle of this board.

Do or do not clarify but don't refrain because you'd have us believe someone is trying to censor you.

I am always amused by the retards who thinck they can be the one who controls their narrative. When, no one else has ever been able to do so. In 4 or 5 posts Fancy has left a treasure of information to use going forward.

Gathering data on newbie tricks so you can then cross reference that data and keep those tricks in line all under the guise of safety dovetails with this thread.

How many of those newbie's would give out say their phone number if they knew you were going to cross reference that with their Facebook account , Trulia to match names with their tax records..and once all that information is gathered play a psychological ploy by asking them question letting them know you have detailed information on them to keep them in line...tsk tsk tsk indeed.
