None of the above except #4. Occasionally, I'll get calls asking me if I see women. Sometimes, these "females" sound rather masculine and I would guess that they're guys. Sometimes, they don't.

Other, more unusual requests, are from couples. Requests from couples happen more frequently than women calling and asking for an appointment. Maybe a husband is wishing to set up a threesome for him and his wife but rarely the other way around.

All of the options the OP gave at least once, and what Readytolearn mentioned, too. I turned down #2 as I don't feel very comfortable with anyone much less than 30, although I have made exceptions.
