Was just perusing the "Hello, Kitty" thread and a few others in this forum. Quite illuminating. Hell, I've been doing the "dress-up" thing for YEARS with my Renaissance corsets and petticoats and Halloween outfits. Didn't realize it was fodder for Another Realm. Thought it was just me being ME.

I designed and wore a giant chihuahua costume once for a Galveston Mardi Gras performance spoofing "Zorro." Should I dig that out for the plushies?

Btw, Sherwood Forest is coming up next month and Scarborough in April. Any imaginative types from this forum going? Might be interesting to get a group together.

I think that in role play, costumes can mean a lot to different people. I rarely wear them but it's because I just don't have any.

With your Renaissance clothing, I could see it being a costume of sorts and using that to be enticing or seductive.

Not sure in such a bdsm manner but I've read enough old porn to know that being a scullery maid, or a shy lady of the household, or the saucy wanton who swishes her skirts around and shows her ankles to the local Lord and he decides to push you down (face first) and lift up your skirts? That sounds awesome! My mind was blown once when we went to a strip club at a nerd convention and one of the dancers was dressed as Wonder Woman.
