Having seen her more than once, I don't regard Vivian as an upseller. For me, an upseller is always pushing a customer to upgrade further and more. You can expect an upseller to push the boundaries to get as much cash out of you as possible. That's not been true of her for me.

She's pretty upfront about what she provides and what it takes to get to various levels, and if you meet her expectations, she will meet yours. She's never pushed me for more than what I've put on the counter.

So of course everyone's experience is different. But I was told there would be an upgrade fee for full service. In addition to that there would be an additional fee on top of that if I wanted to partake in DATY. And there were even more additional fees depending on what more you wanted. Call it being upfront but that's still defined as UPSELLING.
