Appreciate that honest review. I tried scheduling with her last week. We set a time and just before the appointment, she asked if I had any questions. I said I've seen your reviews on ECCIE and kind of know what to expect. Then she went off on my use of pronouns (your vs you're)? WTF ... Seriously. and that was it. Very unprofessional. Saved $300.

That sounds very in character. Really if she just had a different menu and priced it accordingly, she could just keep it the same way. But the ad and the donation really set you up to be disappointed.

I had a similar experience and that was back when her rate was 250. Now that her rate is 300 there's no way I'd repeat.
