I have a question!? as many suggestions as possible (:
Idk exactly all the rules of posting yet but ii was curious about what everyone thinks about becoming a licensed escort? If someone made this a ft job and wanted to get a car or house or whatever...you would kinda be hitting a road block with being able to verify proof of income or filling taxes right? I'm just curious if maybe it's something that should be considered or avoided?

This is a somewhat loaded question. You may or may not receive many reply's. After all it is not exactly a good idea to admit or deny having a escort license considering the legalities involved.

I didn't know there was a license outside of maybe Wichita.
Beyond that, you can pick a catagory of occupation from the IRS list of occupations. All they care about is they get estimated tax payments quarterly and the money and your tax return annually when due. For all anyone knows you're a entertainment agent who arranges programs for people wanting a unique experience. Proof of income becomes your tax return and your bank account/deposits. But you have to have the money on the radar if you want to rely on having it for credit qualification. You can back fill it with credit applications that will turn up on your credit report, too. Beyond that I hear Vandalay Industries is always hiring. Ask for George Costanza when you call.

I know entertainment licenses can be produced in Kansas...I'm wondering if someone could potentially use entertainer as their occupation? Idk how it all works but ii know of it were me and this was my only occupation I'd think that the safest way is to ensure that ii was at least paying my taxes on my income earned..maybe I'm crazy? Lol

And don't forget that there is an IRA available for the self-employed. I assume that you would like to retire one day.

So if you're a small business owner...don't you need a license for that also? If you have a dependent that you file on do you continue to file on them if you weren't to bother with the irs stuff? Do you need receipts for business transactions and are clients really gonna care about them? I think ii need to call a tax place lol

I know I've seen brief mention in other areas of the site of ladies using accountants that help them navigate this kinda thing.
You might post in the powder room. You may get more responses there.

To me, the notion of licensing or permitting ANYTHING means two things. Government getting money out of you, and government being aware of you.
I see no upside to either in general circumstances, and definitely not in yours. I think you are barking up the wrong tree here.
