hardwood floor service / maid service

[what the hell]

Looking for honest legit business or persons to clean hardwood floors. I need someone to come in and clean the floors and not damage them.

I could search Craigslist, but I don't really trust it for this type of thing.

It could be that 95% of those on Craigslist are trustworthy and do a good job but I am more interested in more established companies/individuals.

I am also looking for a maid service for regular cleanings. Legit, not bcd.

Has anyone had any good luck with maid services that they trust?

Normal stuff - dusting, sweeping/vacuuming, cleaning tubs, etc.

Any advice is appreciated.

I hear http://www.angieslist.com is well worth the investment for quality and discount.....
You are wise to be hesitant on CL, the "discounts" are often foot in the door tactic or camouflage for the novice beginner.
As far as hardwoods...depending what you what you want done go for experience over discount.
A very expensive lesson learned by this dumbass the previous year.

I offer a topless maid service, which may be a bit more expensive than a normal maid service but will be a lot more entertaining!
