I agree. As much as possible put system controls in place to prevent anyone from using it incorrectly but people trying to game the system will find ways to do so. Those are not people like you that are trying hard and getting a helping hand, They are thieves and should be cut off. Another example of that is those people that bought cart loads of stuff when the system temporarily failed to put limits on their cards. They knew what they were doing and were not just taking enough to feed the kids.
