Provider photos

I am sure this has been discussed, but I am honestly too lazy to do the searching.

I have seen so many BP ads and even the provider showcases on here that are all low quality and not well planned pictures. Some girls have some great photos, but the majority are low quality or cell phone pictures.

Maybe it is just the fact that I used to photograph women on the regular that is making me wonder, but isnt it worth doing a slightly better photo shoot with a professional (or even semi professional) photog to get better pictures?

I'm curious to hear from Providers more than the guys on here

When I first started I only posted my pro pics,a lot of gents requested phone pictures and found pro pics to be impersonal. It's mainly a regional thing.

Ok I have to chime in. I am a pro commercial photographer. I have done a lot of providers images over the years. When I do a shoot my objective is to get clear, well focused, well lit and composed images. I do very little in post process except for blurring faces and adding watermarks etc.

This area is crap for good photos. Most girls here have stuff that's years old, fuzzy, dark and hardly recognizable. They get away with that because most hobbiests around here have never seen many good images of the ladies. if you go to the Texas boards you'll see the majority of the ladies have awesome photos. Competition is much greater there so they have to up their game. There are a very few here that actually have decent images. I say congrats to them!

I have had four providers ask for photos in the last couple months and not one has followed through. I did a shoot with one a month ago. She really wasn't prepared after scheduling weeks ahead but I still got some very good shots. The photos came out great but she doesn't use them at all.

Pro photos don't have to mean they are misleading, and phone pics are ok for sending to prospective clients to assure them of what they look like but other than that...... ... ... BD

I hate the little thumbnail pics they have.

I don't care if they are pro because that means they airbrush out the sagging tits and the mommy tummy.

Hell, I see some photos on here where there were no lines what so ever. I mean no hip lines, nothing.

Someone may have shot them with an expensive camera but went nuts on the clone tool.

I say have a client take a few photos with a nice phone and be done with it. Update it every 6 months and ad a time stamp.

They certainly don't, but I view them with great distrust. I find this prevalent throughout our society, capitalism driven as it is. The product, eh, who cares but the buzz and hype must be top shelf. Bring them in with something shiney and don't offer refunds. Make sure the cash is in an envelope out of reach.

I am sure avoiding glitter marketing is not the reason most BP girls have shitty pics. But I don't trust a glamor escort ad; the better the image looks the less likely she can live up to it but the more likey she'll charge for it.

See, I make a distinction between professional and doctored. One does not mean the other. When I was active, I tried not doing anything beyond color correction in post. I try capturing the best image at the forefront. I am against doctoring and actually lost clients because of that fact. I am drawn to natural beauty. The whole "everyone is considered beautiful in their own way" approach.

I was not the best photographer I knew, but I have a good eye and took some phenomenal nudes and semi nudes over the few years I was actively working with women.

I don't mind a simple phone pic when talking to someone who doesn't have a profile on here. But this board gives girls a great way to show their best. I mean a good mix of cell pix and semi pro pix would be better imo.

The best photos are those that give the client a reasonably good idea of what to expect when he sees the provider in person. Badly-done photos can unnessarily hurt business. Overly touched-up or glamorized photos might generate interest but can also set the client up for disappointment.

Hard to afford professional pics when all your funds are going towards "diabetic supplies". IJS...I've talked to lots of these gals and ALL of the money is going to either the uh hum "boyfriend" or to the aforementioned "supplies". Nothing left in the budget after that for food, rent, car, baby formula, etc. let alone professional pics.

The quality of the pics isn't so important. What is important is are you likely to see the gal in those pics. Many of the best pics you see in ads, especially BP, are stolen. What good is a pic if you're not likely to see the gal in it.

Exactly....Like I said... well lit, well composed, sharp focus is what is important.

I don't much care about BP, most of them are fake and the ladies there change names, profiles and come and go so quickly it's hard to keep up with them. BD

theres a few local vps that use fake pics. did a search and they came back to some famous playboy bunny and swim suit model
