about the only things that a decoy cannot do are;
1)offer sex for money (quote a specific price for a specific act)
2)expose herself
3)fondle your genitalia
Having said the above I have heard (never happened to me or anyone I actually know and won't since I am long since retired) that some Johns have been arrested after the decoy has done one or all of the above, which act is then denied in court. Again, I have no definite knowledge that it has happened but it is out there as an accusation. Oh, and that whole "are you a cop?" question that so many mongers and girls think is some sort of magic bullet? I hate to tell you but an undercover CAN tell you that they are NOT a cop when they are. Of course it doesn't stop folks from trying. Imagine its a drug deal and the dealer says, "you're not a cop right", does anyone honestly expect the undercover to say "yeah, I am, you got me" and the dealer and the UC laugh and go their separate ways?
This is an illegal activity, except for certain counties in NV (and there it is confined to licensed brothels). If you go in front of a Judge and say "but the ad said" or "I asked her and she said she wasn't L/E" the Judge, the prosecutor and probably your own attorney are going to have a great laugh over it later. There is no foolproof way to make it safe. Every time a girl sees a guy she doesn't know, or vice versa, you run a risk. Thats life. Its like anything else, you pays your money and you takes your chances.
