My mom sent me some fresh chiltecpin (proper spelling - chili tepine in Texas-talk) peppers when I was renovating a restaurant in Longwood, FL. I pureed them and made them into a reasonably spicy sauce with just a touch of garlic and salt, and some water. The idiot I was working with asked me what it was and I told him. He said he grew habaneros in his back yard and popped the top off and proceeded to drink half the bottle! He crapped 5 times before lunch and never asked me for my hot sauce again! I love those guys who say noting is too hot for them. I can make them cry like little girls. Me, I like a little flavor, but I want to taste my food, and I don't want my next trip to the crapper to turn in to a NASA launch!!!
