3. Have no more than 3 simple pairs of shoes and 5 sets of clothes.

4. Walk everywhere, and spend as much time outside as possible.

5. Don't read newspapers, watch tv, or surf the Internet. Talk very little, never raise their voice, or argue with anyone.

6. Drink only water.

7. Eat very small simple meals.

8. Take no medications of any kind.

9. Have little or no body fat.

10. Have very few possessions.
