The judge has thrown out the case against these two New Mexico college professors/deans. There was not an actionable controversy, which is exciting news, for obvious reasons. There is another case involving some other professors (I guess they're a horny bunch!) who are currently awaiting trial. It will be interesting to see what effect this ruling has on that case, but the article admits that the law is ill-equipped to deal with websites considering the burdens of proof and hold antiquated the laws often are!

if you were to pull-up the deposition of these proceedings - you would find one glaring thing surrounding the case in that it is similar to the Casey Anthony debacle. State proscecuting with higher charges and less than adequate proof and documentation leading to a conviction.
