A 73-year-old man is accused of offering a 15-year-old who was cleaning his house extra moneyfor oral sex, court records show.
Theogil F. Cuttler was arrested after the May 16 incident at his house at the 18000 block of Egret Bay in Houston, according to a court document from the Harris County District Court.

The teen had previously approached the suspect, whom he identified to investigators as an acquaintance, asking if he could do some odd jobs for money. Cuttler told the boy he would pay him $15 to clean his house. On May 16, while the teen was at the suspect’s home, he told the boy he would give him $5 extra if he could give him oral sex, the document states. He agreed to the deal, the document states.
Cuttler is charged with sexual assault of a child under 17 and is in custody. His bond is set at $50,000.

I can very well believe the $5 was offered, and he is a disgusting old man, and deserves to go to jail, but there is more to this than meets the eye, and I have reasonable doubt.
