If we chose presidents based soley military vote (not a bad idea) the Democrats would never win. I bet most military people are counting the days until the Marxist community organizer in the White House is voted out.

This sort of thing can be misinterpreted. The Marines could have been showing reverence and respect, and even awe, for President Obama's phenominol Teleprompter Reading abilities.

Perhaps President Obama learned to use a "Teleprompter" effectively by watching tapes of Ronald Reagan.

Obama's teleprompter minions forgot to write "Marines applaud wildly" in the script. But in all fairness to BHO, I've seen the troops give Hulk Hogan a wild reception too.

While I did not like Reagan's policies, I will give him credit for being a very good communicator. I really do not care whether a President uses or does not use a teleprompter. In the grand scheme of things, it is a non-issue!

There is a huge difference when you compare Reagan to Obama when they are off prompter. Obama many times is barely coherent. He obviously would have been a much superior actor to Reagan.

I agree with you! Prior to entering politics, Reagan was little more than a B grade actor who had difficulty remembering his lines in the old westerns. He certainly wasn't articulate enough (or had the educational background) to be the President of the Harvard Law Review.
You and I finally agree COG. There is no comparison!

I'll bet it kills you to try to work out in your simple mind how a "Marxist president" got the mastermind behind 9/11. Military Schmilitary, fool.

No doubt it kills your Marxist ass knowing Odumbo wasn't in office when those SEALs enlisted and began training, and knowing Bush oversaw the establishment of the FOB from which the attack was made, and that all your Marxist Odumbo was relegated to do was say, "go".

Obama approved the killing of an unarmed old man who could have been the most valuable intelligence asset we could have apprehended. He blew it. Very poorly thought out mission. In fact, the only proof we have that he got Bin Laden is what the media and administration have told us. There's no body, Obama made sure of that. This thing stinks to high heaven. A bigger bumbling mistake has yet to be made in our military endeavors.
