I've noticed that Bertrichard2000 has been getting some heat from a couple of the guys about his review. I know this man, I met him when I first started in the hobby, so he is a legit hobbyist.
Just thought I would be a WK for a change!

That is awful!!!! Bert is absolutely amazing to me, one of my best clients. He isnt one to write reviews, but is an active presence on the boards.

Not everyone is a natural writer. Bert probably wrote his review just as he thought it. And seeing as this is his first review, I would hope that more of you gentlemen would reach out to guide him instead of criticize. There are few enough reviews being written, and the fact is they are critical to this hobby.

{I have alot of guys that don't write reviews on me becasue they say "I have enough"......but to me,getting a good review is like getting "tipped for a great session"}

Ladies its ok but you're correct in that reviews are critical to the hobby, even more so for you all. Nobody called him a duck, nobody poked at his writing style. He spoke eloquently enough to comprehend, but he didn't give or leave any information.

The only general help that is usually needed is how to compose the ROS. There is a shared public blue print seen by all (including providers) that doesn't require any guess work on how to fill in the blanks. And yes, even this part of the review gets messed up because it happens. Especially if its your first review.

If he's active on the board, then he's seen this information numerous of times and it was written as if it was blatantly left out to be ambiguous. Don't give us a hard time for wanting to make sure you all receive a well deserved written review that benefits us all.

My first review was detailed and complete. I still caught a little flak on it because its part of the process of establishing yourself sometimes. We don't sit around waiting to rag every new review by a new guy just because. Sometimes there is no reason to give a person flak for their review. Sometimes flak/criticism is warranted.

I'm not sure about Outdoorsman Sig line, but I know CC has it in his Sig line. It links to how to write a review and it gives several examples on how to.

Yes, my sig line has it. Also exists at top of review section "how to write a review"

I also wrote a reply explaining the issues. Look not every review gets credit for Premium Access. If a person wants to write and leave out info, fine, just does not get PA credit, but the info is still useful. I hope my comment is taken in well regard as I only write to help educate.

I'm not contending the fact that there was critical info left out. I can't see the review written in entirety, but I understand the ambiguity of "anything I want" not being acceptable in the review. If it was done incorrectly, it was done incorrectly. And I'm not defending any duck comments etc.

I only sought to refute the comment that was left that said the review was written like an ad and questioned the validity of his profile. There's a guideline that must be followed, and I totally get that. But when it's not doesn't mean it's time to start throwing rocks over whether or not a guy is an actual hobbyist. I'm sure there are a few bogus accounts floating around here, I only want to say that BertRichard2000 is not one of them.

Thank you gentlemen, for your comments. I just didn't want to see that thread get all flamed up when the gentleman in question has seen quite a few of us ladies without fanfare. Some reviews are questionable, and I didn't really need to come to his defense, but I felt moved to do so.

THAT shit all the time..GOD forbid he doesnt wanna make them jerk off to their disgusting play by play..I mean serious ?
