Why bother advertising?

I wonder why some providers waste time advertising then never even reply
when you follow their instructions and try to schedule an appointment! I saw a providers ad on eccie then went on p411 which I am a member and scheduled an appointment.I did not hear from her,the next day I saw she was online on p411,sent her a private message about the appointment and never
received a reply,not even a pleasant drop dead.I know stuff happens,it has happened to me-drove to mid cities from Dallas,no one was there-but this just really annoyed me.How hard is it to just say no,or I am busy.

Well, I know one girl where that scenario fits. But for her being a provider is a side gig, she goes to school full time and on top of that her phone stopped receiving and send texts and calls. Was really a miracle that I got to see here at all, now that I think about it.
