My BP experiment!!

First draw: I placed an ad as a no name. Placed real pics and when someone called it out even though the pics were never posted. Some said I copied "Chloe's" pics and I outed myself.

Second draw: From me! I placed a no bull ad with my links! I received no bull links with everything filled out that I asked!!

Conclusion: Experienced only and don't mess around with what you don't know!!!

heh...i did a little BP "experiment" of my own a few weeks back and posted a google voice number on my ad in addition to the URL for my webpage. my outgoing message on voice mail then referred callers to my webpage for availability, scheduling, and rate information.

the results were amusing, to say the least. some stats:

- calls and texts averaged 10 a day and were split about 50%
- 80% of calls and texts came between midnight and 3am
- i did not answer any call and not one caller left a voice mail
- i responded to maybe 30% of the texts i received, referring the person back to my webpage for the answer to their question and/or for my scheduling procedure
- only one person replied further, just to state that they refused to use email and if i wanted to see them i would have to schedule via text or phone (needless to say, i didn't choose to allow him to visit with me...)

like you though, i do have some limited success with email responses to my regular ad on backpage. i wind up ignoring probably 80% of the email inquiries/requests i receive (and 100% that come via the backpage ad "reply" link instead of the email address on my website), but 90% of the 20% i do respond to are from businessmen who are traveling to rochester. for some reason their emails are always polite and conform to my scheduling procedure. go figure...

in addition to your conclusion (which i think applies to both ladies *and* gents) i would like to add that whether there, here, or anyplace else you get what you pay for

I don't have time to screw around like that..It took me like 4 minutes to figure out what comes from where.. and how to expedite getting the info to the clients that are serious about seeing me... and to not bother with folks that are just wasting my time...without having to put too much research into it..ijs..
