Default Another Democrat Politician Taking Bribes

Previously disgraced criminal Senator Bob Menendez, Democrat NJ is back at it

NBC News: Investigators are looking into whether an admitted felon helped arrange to give gold bars worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to New Jersey Sen. Robert Menendez or his wife in exchange for help, sources say.

A)Menendez is a centrist
B)We expect all New Jersey politicians to be corrupt
C)He has been indicted, and no one is defending him or complaining about witch hunts. The DOJ is doing its job

The double standard you’re complaining about doesn’t exist

90% of all politicians are corrupt. Blow it up. Start over.

You nailed it with C. The real double standard here is Republicans claim to love "law and order" and they "back the blue", until it's one of their own who get in trouble with the law. When that happens, it MUST be because those particular law enforcement officers are corrupt.

Lol. They truly believe this.

On the other hand, when Democrats get in trouble with the law, we're mostly fine with letting the investigation play out and any crimes proven to have happened should be punished. If this guy took bribes? Punish him for it. There's no bellyaching about a "Witch hunt" like you have with hypocrites on the right.

The details on the Menendez indictment - gold bars, hundreds of thousands in cash, luxury vehicles - all for obstructing criminal investigations and cutting deals for the Egyptian government.

The scope of the corruption is breathtaking.

There’s no double standard. RINOs are just as corrupt as Democrats. In case you haven’t noticed, it’s a uniparty system that dominates our government. They’re all making millions while bankrupting our country. You can support one side if you wish. But the result is the same. Keep your head in the sand.

The scope is breathtaking indeed

And yet leftists just ignore it, don't condemn it, or make excuses for it. Hell, they put this corrupt Democrat back into congress after his previous scandals

So pathetic

Menendez Egyptian gold bars bribery indictment is brutally damning.

Corporate media covering wall-to-wall and going savage-mode on the Corrupt Democrat New Jersey Senator.

What Senile Biden did in Ukraine was 1000x worse.

Did the dumbshit leftist not learn to just have Hunter be his bagman ???

Democrat Senator Bob Menendez and his wife are indicted for 'accepting $400,000 in gold bars from mob-linked New Jersey developer in return for favors - and giving Egyptian businessman highly sensitive U.S. information'

And let's not forget - Schumer put Menendez in charge of Senate Foreign Relations knowing full well Menendez is a crook. Menendez used that perch to influence Senate on behalf of Egypt, and provide sensitive intel to Egyptian officials in exchange for bribes.

Devastating evidence in Menendez indictment.

"Over $480,000 in cash—much of it stuffed into envelopes and hidden in clothing, closets, and a safe—was discovered in the home ... Some of the envelopes contained the fingerprints and/or DNA of" co-defendant making alleged bribes.

The people of Jersey should call for Murphy’s resignation as well. Make it a Twofer.

Doesn’t this Nia entire premise of this post? Democratic governor wants Democratic senator out, because he won’t tolerate the corruption
