A shocking attack by the deranged left on the Supreme Court tonight. Some Libtard social justice warrior who works for one of the liberal justices (my guess is Sotomayor) leaks an opinion on Roe v Wade putting the lives of conservative justices at risk and trying to put public pressure on these justices to change their opinion before it is released.

These leaks never happen - but it did today working with libtard media at Politico.

An hour later barricades are put up around the court and hundreds of people just show up protesting SCOTUS in the middle of the night

The alleged leak of the opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is nothing short of breathtaking. It would constitute one of the greatest breaches of security in the history of the Court.

This draft is from February and the majority can shift on such opinions. However, the act of leaking such a draft opinion ranks as an original sin for judicial ethics.

The most likely motivation is obviously to pressure the Court and push the legislation in Congress on a federal abortion law before the midterm elections. It will also likely renew the call for court packing.

Dobbs was always the blockbuster decision of the term. This leak with cause lasting damage to the Court, which has long relied on the integrity of members and clerks to preserve institutional secrecy and integrity.

The fact that some are praising this leak shows how utterly craven we have become in our politics. There appears no ethical rule or institutional interest that can withstand this age of rage.

This is an egregious attack on the institution of the Supreme Court. For someone to leak this document and the press to be complicit in the leak undermines the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. But, we shouldn’t be surprised because that’s what Democrats do all of the time when they don’t like the outcome: They don’t like the outcome of votes in the Senate so they want to get rid of the filibuster

Bad enough the SCOTUS has been given an affirmative action justice, itself an attack on its integrity, not to mention the entire Kavanaugh debacle, this shows there is no institution that is sacred in our country.

This is an attack on the last institution that has kept itself above politics, if the SCOTUS fails, we have nothing left, absolutely nothing.

IF, CW2 is ever going to occur, this is the last straw, this is the heart and soul of the Democratic party, no different than an all out gun ban would be upon the Conservative side, note Conservative side, and not the Repulican side, as it has too many RINOS that would go along with it.

I believe, this will change nothing in the final ROE decision, I am a Libertarian and support a womans right to choose, but the foundation of Roe has been shaky from the start, and, what it should lead to, is a final case that either determines when life begins, and end abortion and confusing fetal murder laws at a set time after conception.

The decision to end ROE, won't change, liberal justices will oppose, conservatives will vote to end ROE, and now, this will force each side just to dig in harder, now the outcome is known, both sides will have to bow to their respective platforms.

And, with the forcing of injections upon the US public, what also needs to happen is something based upon constitutional law, the provides the right for everyone of any gender, a guarantee that the government cannot interfere with the choice to do, or not do, what they want with their body.

A) We have no idea who the leaker is. You made up an entire scenario in your head because your extreme partisanship has given you brain worms.

B) you cannot explain, objectively how knowing how the court is going to rule is a bad thing. It won’t change the ruling but doesn’t impact national security. It’s at at worst a breech of decorum, and you have no idea who’s responsible.

It’s not a matter of agreement vs disagreement. It’s wild speculation versus evidence. Some people have become such Pardison cooks that they’re willing to work themselves up into a frenzy about invisible liberal insurrectionists despite zero evidence to support their claims.

Neither side of the political spectrum has any more or less incentive to leak this, and the leak should not anger anyone who isn’t looking for a boogeyman to rail against.
