This farce has been shown in its full light and this has been an embarrassment to us all.

Significant numbers in his cabinet and his own party are now abandoning ship. Of course, that is pretty much a ball-less move at this point....

I mostly stay out of this cuz I like a bunch of you and don't want to piss you off in RL (whether you believe it or not....I know I don't show it well).

But this has gone too far and for too long. Even Fox News is trying to do damage control, saying that "a few hundred people don't make the other 74.999 Million who support him look bad and unreasonable." The sad fact is that they do.

I forgive anyone who voted for him the first time. But when you voted for him AGAIN....you encouraged and empowered him.

You knew what he was, and you approved. You all share in the blame for what happened.

And when....WHEN....are you going to realize that he hurt you more than helped you? The election was his to lose. He lost it. And now he has handed the Senate over to the Democrats. Whew.

I despise many of the people in Congress. Of both parties. But they are our duly elected representatives and NO ONE is justified in threatening or endangering ANY of them. We don't fucking do that here.

Even George W is pissed. I never thought I would quote him in anything other than the punchline of a joke. But he was EXACTLY right when he said ""This is how election results are disputed in a banana republic."

The only good thing here is that Trump has done so much damage the past few days that THIS is what will define his presidency. Very little else will be remembered. To paraphrase an old joke....."But if ya suck just one cock...."

I find the peaceful protests in DC just as wrong as disturbing as the peaceful protests in Kenosha, Portland and San Francisco.
But not quite as disturbing as what has been going on in Chicago for YEARS....

NO. This does not compare. This was terrorism and unjustified insurrection. Federal property was entered unlawfully. Democratically elected officials were put at risk. All on the basis of ....LIES.
