Never in my life did I think I would ever want to try caviar, let alone actually enjoy it. After having it as a garnish on Salmon Rilette from one of my favorite restaurants, I am wanting to experiment with it a bit. What are some of your favorite brands and varieties? I'm not sure I want to try any with larger pearls just yet. Links would be extra helpful, as I am wanting to order some to pair with champagne and crème fraîche for a special trip coming up soon. Hopefully the ghost in the honeymoon suite at the Crescent Hotel won't expect us to share.
