I have no idea. It was a barn, lot of huge farm implements outside the barn. Nothing that could have been stolen without the help of some big tractors and trucks/trailers.
I am guessing she knew it was a safe place???

Probably. But watch network news and notice how much surveillance video makes surprising and often embarrassing news. Ask Robert Kraft. I haven’t cruised streets in years (too much risk for too little pleasure), but I used to get BJs from streetwalkers in a car wash machine.
