I have been denied entry many times into the clubs in Tokyo for being "gaijin"; they will tell you it's because the pricing is expensive on drink and they don't want to confuse you or argue over the bill but that is just the easiest way to deny you entry. The best place for true Japanese that I have found is in Sydney at a place called Ginza Club. It was an excellent experience with very very top end talent.

I used to travel to Japan for work and always stayed in the Shinkuku area. 4 times I was taken to one of the BJ clubs in the area and on each visit the girl I chose to get a hummer from ended up being Korean and not Japanese.
