According to the report, Flynn made the offer to the FBI, the House intelligence committee and the Senate intelligence committee. All three entities are currently investigating whether Trump’s associates had contact with Russian officials during the 2016 presidential campaign. According to the Wall Street Journal, none of them have yet accepted Flynn’s offer.

Not always, when you're dealing with rabid, bat shit democratic libtards you may just want it to end. So if you can get a deal that no matter what you say that they can never go after you again....then do it. Neither you nor I know what Flynn knows or is willing to say. I'll bet the dems know what he knows (since they were surveilling him) but they don't know what he is willing to say. He could screw them royally. Right now it seems like the dems are a bit reluctant to give it (though they really don't have the authority to do it without the GOP majority). Not exactly sure that Congress can really give immunity anyway since they don't do criminal charges.
