What forum is used in Omaha the most?

I have had several ask when I am coming back. I post ads here, but it never seems to get far unless I take a huge leap of faith and just go up.

I'm set to come up this Tuesday afternoon - Friday morning. Several have asked but does not one pre-book anymore?

Any tips to make an Omaha trip go smoother is greatly appreciated.

Big problem is the icestorm that is starting about now and may last through most of Monday and maybe into Tuesday morning. travel not recomended.

As far as discussions goes really it's here on ECCIE and gbn is a distant 2nd (TER has an 'other cities' discussion board but that's not too active). Maybe you can postpone (instead of full-on cancelling) things by week or 2.

I am in Omaha this week. I thought about canceling due to the storm, but so glad I didn't!!

I often see traveling ladies that only post on P411 that they will be visiting Omaha.

It does appear Omaha dodged the worst of the ice storm. Main streets were able to be treated and it melted off pretty quickly. Also it didn't seem to get real thick on power lines and tree limbs so they would break down. and cause issues.

I had a kickass tour planned there for today & tomorrow.but cancelled due to storm

I hate to cancel my Omaha tour but I feel it is the safest option for me at this point. I will reschedule everyone for a later date once my grandson is born.
