Default Plans changed please read!!!

Hey my awesome ks gents, I was supposed to be there today but my son got the bug or what have you and asked me to stay today

I'm so sorry for all that that's been getting a hold of me, was going need feel better early this morning and to no avail, we were up most morning with him in a bath cooling him down and lots of warm 7up.

I will be there though, can't wait, just need to make sure everything is together...

Again I am very sorry and can't wait to play.

wtf does warm 7-up do for a fever other than provide fluids? Why not cool?

Different people keep different liquids down better. Ginger ale works for some, coke for some. both the coke syrup and the ginger seem to have some anti-nausea traits. Same with temperature of the liquid--warm or cold depending on what they keep down better (but the "warm" often has less gas, which often irritates the stomach less--therefore more likely to stay down).

But the soda is mostly to fight dehydration and provide a little energy (sugar).

He probably had an upset stomach and it does help soothe that in a lot of cases. Or it could be that is what he requested and since it probably wouldn't hurt, parents try to make the child comfortable.

Get Pedialyte AdvancedCare help prevent dehydration and replace nutrients and electrolytes lost through vomiting and diarrhea in children and infants.

DO NOT GIVE HIM WARM 7-UP

Kaylen's correct on both issues, electrolytes and the kid version. The adult sports versions are not appropriate for young kids.

Well this was Monday lol I'm here now!! Lol
Warm 7 up helps an upset stomach, he's better now, I think when we ate at the Chinese place it didn't agree... He won't drink pedialyte, but he likes Gatorade so I bought him like 20 of them lol figure they will work for his football practices too...
