Online friend recommends D/s get-together at a place called ExoticExperience, apparently equipped with toys, dungeon tools and other fun stuff.

Tried calling them (no response). Tried emailing them (no response). Anybody have any info/tips about how to learn about/book their facility?

Would appreciate advice -- quickly -- before someone else books it and leaves us out in the cold

But if you respond by email, an auto-reply tells you to phone. If you phone, they text you back to book by email. Must not need the business, and by the looks of the accommodations, I can understand why Let me know if you have any better luck than I did, please.
