LE check question
I've been curious about this for a while now. The standard LE check goes something like this; "Are you a cop? Are you in anyway connected to any law enforcement agency?" My question is can the person lie and say no even if he/she is a cop or is with a law enforcement agency? And what happens if that person lies?
Can the LE check be done on the phone, thru email, text, etc or does it have to be said in person?

That article pretty much sums it up. I am sure the same is true for reverse stings as well where you ask the girl. Bottom line is that cops are allowed to lie. Think about it, when they conduct interrogations they might share some speculative Information to try and get you to admit to something, only to find out later they were guessing and really had no idea until you admitted to it. I think once you enter the hotel room, your pretty much fucked at that point. I am sure a tittie squeeze or showing your junk before any money is offered or any details are discussed might be a weak defense, but best of luck there, since I am sure whatever was discussed over phone or text has been recorded and will be used as evidence.

Pretty much showing up to a hotel room is enough to get you arrested. Even if you haven't discussed rates or services, it shows intent. The officer called your ad that was listed under escort services, no discussion of services necessary. By having an us under the escort category, and you showing up to the hotel is enough to arrest you. And then if they scare you into talking and confessing what you do and were going to the hotel to do, your digging your own grave, and making it damn near impossible for a lawyer to get your case thrown out. If you ever find yourself in that situation, don't let them scare you into talking. Answer all of their questions with "you can speak with my attorney", even if you don't have one on retainer.

Also I think what I am scared most of when I do like hotel incalls I worry if they happen to set up a sting and just randomly question a guy coming from the elevator or whatever... what is your buisiness here or something along those lines and THE GUY caves and rats me out so he can 'save his family (outing etc)' then even if I have screened EVERYONE I can still get fucked over.

Amber, according to a new law they are not allowed to go through your phone, supposedly that is like doing a search without a warrant and falls under the same pretense. They probably will put it with your personal property of they take you to the slammer, just make sure it's password protected so they can't "accidentally" look through it. Not sure about the luggage and stuff but they can search your clothing that you have on to check for weapons. I think when it comes to luggage they can only search it if they have probable cause that you have something illegal like drugs or weapons. Hotels are always a risk and from what I understand from a Jimmies perspective they are less likely to do a sting with an outcall to someone residence. I'm slowing down in the hobby for all these reasons and tend to prefer outcall to my house now. But then you have to worry about some pimp knowing where you live. I guess there are risks in every aspect of this activity. Ugh!!

I'm not too sure how that all works. I would imagine it's different in every city. You beteer memorize that number girl lol.
And for your second comment....
I know man, I'm scared to death of that happening. Most people get intimidated and spill the beans when the cop is simply asking you why your there. All you have to say is I was visiting a family member in room 202 or some shit. But they get so scared of their family finding out if they were to get in trouble they tell on themselves basically. I've never heard of cops busting girls at their in call, I'm sure it could happen, but I know in my area they always do stings in hotels. I always get so SK scared going to hotels around here lol.

Good advice Victoria. Never ever ever talk to the police. They will promise you the world if you help them and then throw your ass in the slammer. Remember, the constitution says you innocent until proven guilty. Police officers don't give a rats ass if your guilty or innocent. Their job is to collect any evidence that a prosecutor can use against you. That is why when they read you your rights they say "it can and WILL be used against you".

Did anyone watch the video snippet from the Law & Order episode at the bottom of the Snopes.com article? I did. Now I want a pair of cop shoes and a pair of cop socks.

I figure that if the provider is staying at a dumpy hotel, why not get a room also ? This way you can prove to the cop that you are staying at the hotel. I show them my key, but some say that I should say nothing. It all comes out to do you fit in the area ? I mean going to a hotel/motel with no key, no one you know there would get you further in the hole. I went thru this last year when a cop saw me waiting outside one on the doors that you needed a pass key. He figured I was waiting for my provider, as I don' t smoke. I showed him my key and he drove off. The cheapest $39.00 I spent at a Motel 6. I said I was fighting with my girlfriend and she made me stay away.

I just tell them im there to fuck my girlfriend end of story
aint got no so , what they gonna do come in the room with me , please
outcalls to your house good low percentage of a bust, but now they know where u live.
best to go to a providers home or apt, avoid the hotel scene or your home.
Youre right Amber some of these boys on here that have an so, will throw you girls under the bus in a second if they are let go .
I was at a Henrietta place last month and they asked me who I was seeing and what I was doing here, unmarked pulled right up from behind me as I parked.
I said I was here to see my girlfriend in room so and so do you want to come in with me and see her, and when we get in there you can have dinner with us if you like, he just laughed and told me have a nice night.
They are looking for the pussy that will studder and get scared and give it up.
be smart boys stay calm
And no they cannot search your phone, it is Illegal

I don't go to Henrietta anymore those assholes pulled me over like 3 times twice in 2013 and once in 2014 after I seen A provider. I told them I was there seeing a friend of mines then start all the threating bullshit, About how they will find what you there for, and when they do you are going to jail, and all this other shit. Unless they are up in the room with me in the girl seeing the exchange of money for service on they can prove shit. I know some guys would prolly fold. I just got sick and tired of the harrasment so I stay away from Henrietta and Bp girls all the together
