Default even Trump's bond may be a fraud

The $ 175 million bond Trump posted in the NY civil case has many questions raised about it.
In a nutshell:

"The insurer does not have a license to issue bonds in New York or have the necessary certificate of qualification from the state Department of Financial Services, which are required by New York insurance law.

Knight Specialty admits that it only had $138 million in surplus capital in an April 4 filing. New York law prohibits a company from providing a bond to a single borrower that amounts to more than 10 percent of its surplus capital, which would require the company to have $1.75 billion in surplus to cover Trump's bond.

It is unknown if the parent company of Knight Specialty has adequate capitalization.

Trump's latest set of filings "doesn't address" the concerns with the bond, Gregory Germain, a Syracuse University College of Law professor, told Salon. The notion that the former president's "reimbursement obligation to the insurance company," that he alleges is secured in the account, sufficiently satisfies the bonding requirement is "simply incorrect," he said."

... Let's do this one right here. ... Seeing-as this issue
has NOT been mentioned by the National media - I'd say that
phony "Salon" is just bringing more of the same misinformation
that they're known for.

... But we'll stay with this one... Just to be certain. ...

It's not been mentioned? It started a couple days after the payment. Elmer the fudd and telegram won't be talking about this.

Fraudster uses a fake bonding agent for NYC? Color me Shocked!!

I wonder if the mental capacity of DJT is feeling the squeeze from all his money issues and now his freedom in the balance.

Question is, when will he do something to get himself an even more trouble?

A. Less than a week is my guess

Is this the status of the appeal? Arguing that the bond provided isn’t legitimate? I’d like to see what exactly the argument he’s going to use to justify changing either the guilty verdict or the amount of the fines and fees.

... Hey Vita - you were right about this one!

... So now "Tish" James wants to question the bond, as-if she
actually cares about the issue. ... Now we know WHY her state
has that "zero cash bail" for REAL criminals... Those who do
the damage and destruction.

Hmmmmm... Let's see what the crooked Judge decides on the issue.
Knowing full-well that Trump is going to be President again next year.

... Oh, and WHY isn't Trump getting the same "zero-cash bail"
that others receive?? .... "So rules and laws for me but not for thee"?? ...
I surely do (... uh.. now) understand that this "bond" is because of a fine,
but where's the TRUST?? ... Where's the honesty
and good will of the Court?? ... There is none.

Trumpf has already been allowed privileges most wouldn't get. And he still abuses the system. The courts have been way to lenient with trumpf.
His bond seems to be very questionable at best. Too many red flags popping up with zero answers being given

And salt. This is not bail for trumpf. It's an imposed fine that must be paid to secure an appeal.

There is always a way around everything for the most part if you have the influence or the money. Whether you get caught is another matter... Trump used to rarely get caught for his bad behavior. Now that fat old man baby would be charged with jaywalking if they thought he did it.

Karma really is a bitch. Haha

I wanna know when the appeal courts are gonna listen to the Trump claim!

It will be so poetic when it's not 175 million, but lets say it's closer to a figure of between the 500 and 175 million. Say 350 million. Ooops.

DJT is gonna soon have to pay up in all his court cases. Come June when the SCOTUS says- not absolute immunity- it's all going to start snowballing and becoming a real issue. 2 short months to go, and to quote a long known poster here:

"We'll surely wait to see the outcome-Just wait".
