I know everyone has access to them...that's why they call them "public"

Trouble is, not everybody can travel to the courthouse in the specific location to get the records, and I don't think that AR has a good on-line records retrieval system like some adjoining states...

Hopefully someone in the area might do some sleuthing.... oh, Mr. Chan??
