How to "Subscribe to Forums"

This is one option in the Search Drop-Down box.

How does one subscribe?

on the top of each thread their is a drop down box that says thread tools click on that and then click on subscribe to thread

Actually, if you're wanting to subscribe to the forum, (as opposed to the thread, as geniusman suggested), simply go to the forum's start page, (in this instance, it would be "Technical Questions"), then click on the Forum Tools arrow (located just above the Thread Listings and to the right), then click on "Subscribe To Forum" from the drop-down selections.

Done.
