Basically any place that doesn't have an alcohol license is BYOB. Just ask before you bring it in.

Brie, when you come to Lubbock next, yamagata, mi taco village, mean woman grill, and Italian garden is all byob...just a heads up.

A good Margarita in Lubbock is Chimmys off Broadway. You'll be in the thick of the college crowd but their drinks are powerful.

I like Rudy Tequlias by Texas Tech....there is was lots of college girls and moms when I go there.
