they can be very dangerous, to your heart health, causing increased heart rate to over 200bpm, increasing your body temp, and if not taking at the exact same time that you are about orgasm, can make it that you cant get it up. primarily used by bottoms in gay sex to relax the sphincter. imo not worth it

Along with relaxing your sphincter they relax/dilate your arteries which cause a blood pressure drop. The heart speeds up dramatically to compensate for the pressure drop. I think that is where the "rush" people feel come from, but I'm not a dr, lol.

I would avoid them if you already have heart or blood pressure issues and guessing taking them and nitrates such as Viagra etc could be dangerous.

They can also effect the pressure in the eyes and can cause eye damage in some people.
