Default Accommodation Question/Curiosity

I really, really hate going to hotels to hobby. Ambiance is important to me, sue me. Have any providers, local or otherwise, tried using airbnb? I know there are inherent risks, but I think moving around different places would actually be good for anonymity. What am I missing?

You're making light of the inherent risks.
These are not hotels who usually just kick folks out.
These are commonally personal residences.
Just one discretion issue, gal or guy, and whomever the gal is renting from reports the issues to the AirBnb folks and she's blacklisted in their and other like systems.
And of course if the owner is really hacked off, they can bitch to the doughnut patrol with the gals real world id.
There is no anonymity when real world IDs are required.
AirBnb is well aware of issues like this. They even have how to avoid these issues material for the folks that use their systems to rent their places.

As Lolove mentions, there's ways to arrange for other types of incalls.
I know a handful of gals that time share their places with each other.

Well, they're almost exclusively private residences. The difference is your name isn't transmitted to the host unless you want it. So they may raise the flags and have your account blacklisted, but the actual release of any information would have to come from Airbnb, which would be akin to contacting any other major company about a user's private information. Since they have no concern for local politics, they'd need to be subpoenaed to release said information.

Also, hotels that take cash only are few and far between as far as I'm aware. A credit card is just as damning as an id for identification purposes. The point I'm getting at is the risks seem about the same in terms of upsetting 'management,' but the difference is you lose a front desk, house cleaning staff, and others who are often instructed by actual LE to spot hobbying. I'd see those faults also transferring to any timesharing scenario.

b&g,

The folks I know that rent their places out hit the reject button if full data is not provided.
And I have seen the paperwork when owners do get upset and toss folks.
It's all rw data.

I suggest you let the professional gals arrange for their own incalls.
99% all have access to whatever info they need to select a safe place.

If you are not trusting the gal you ask for a date, nor trusting her to pick a safe place, either you're not screening appropriately from a guys point of view, or you're not going to have fun regardless cause of your paranoia.

I don't think you fully read either of my posts in this thread, or else your reading comprehension isn't all there today. I'm not making suggestions as to where incalls should be, I'm asking if anyone has tried this/what is the impediment to using it. And this is not related to a concern about the girls or security, I had mentioned that I like the ambiance more and the pricing is as good or better than a decent hotel.

As for your other claims, I travel multiple times a month and use airbnb exclusively. I've even used it to travel through Europe on two separate occasions and the only personal information I transmit is a nickname. I've never been declined once. If you have used the service in the last year you would know that they have moved from everyone being screened before acceptance to an instant booking platform. If you aren't on board with that you aren't getting bookings so either you are speaking for your friends or they are not renting to anyone.

AirBnB is a bad idea...alot of the homeowners have restrictions and some have video cameras hidden....some even have owners living on premise or close by

I usually get a hotel that is discrete....either with outside doors or a back door you can access without having to go in lobby

Then
A) See local ladies in a private in call or touring ladies who have access to a local lady's private in call.
OR
B) Out calls to your private location.

Ladies do not to the best of my knowledge force a gentlemen to visit her at a hotel. Problem solved

I have read your comments and sorry you are 100% wrong when it comes to providers and Airbnb. Your comments to UC are uncalled for and lack in tack, class and knowledge.

Please do go to the site and search "prostitution" or google airbnb and prostitution.

You will see what you are missing.
You will also see UC is as always offering help to new gentlemen and providers who read this.

Long time touring ladies told me when I started to always know the risks before taking them.
A few are
Asset forfeiture
Seizing property - houses, condos, vehicles
For the truckers - they run the risk of impoundment
Charges of running a house of prostitution for the property owner of location.
Ladies who share hotel rooms run risks.

Sorry for me airbnb is not worth the risk to myself or the gentlemen.
Most of all I have no right to risk the life or property of the unsuspecting host on sites such as Airbnb. IMO

Dallas is one of the amazing long time ladies I have learned from when it comes to touring, safety, hotels, and much more.

My blunt approach is not intended to scare as much as it is to make new ladies and gentlemen think.

CW, as for you claiming a lack of tact on my part, you missed the part where UC more or less told me to stop asking questions, stop being paranoid, and let the professionals handle this:

Quote:
I suggest you let the professional gals arrange for their own incalls.
99% all have access to whatever info they need to select a safe place.

If you are not trusting the gal you ask for a date, nor trusting her to pick a safe place, either you're not screening appropriately from a guys point of view, or you're not going to have fun regardless cause of your paranoia.
I was genuinely curious. I appreciate the feedback. I'm not complaining about providers choice of venue so much as a curiosity as to why they don't utilize a secondary service. Also: airbnb's own policy on surveillance contradicts your claims a bit. Hosts would be at legal risk for the lack of disclosure so it would behoove them not to reveal any illegally obtained video. The vast majority disclose their proximity to the listing (if they are neighbors or live nearby); in fact, a lot of the listings any more are owned by individuals who own or rent a number of apartments/houses specifically for airbnb.

Regardless, I've clearly hit some buttons for people, which was not my intent. I feel like a lot of words have been implied from my query that were not my original intent. This isn't something with which I have a lot of experience so I was mostly just curious. My question has now been addressed. I'm bowing out.

bandg, there may also be some local and state laws that you are not aware of that airbnb might have to comply with.

B&G,
Crystal was spot on.

Btw, you trying to explain AirBnb policies to a guy that's from the hospitality industry was amusing to me. Thus, my sigh.

Yes, curiosity is valid. It's very nice to enjoy curiosity with a close personal friend bcd. Even if for only an hour.

Property owners have every legal right to have security and surveillance equipment to protect their property.

As for AirBnb's, or similar, policies, those are worth zero when disagreements end up in court. You'd have more success watching a Chia-pet grow.

farmstud is correct. Most temp rentals by AirBnb and the like are already in violation of local zoning.

I think I might sublet my house to a trustworthy provider while I'm at work. "Use it from 8-4, leave a 50 on the pillow" kind of thing😀
