I'm not withholding funds from the state department because I'm a crybaby bitch who's had 8 committees on Benghazi, but still isn't satisfied with the outcome. Good. Glad to see Congress exercising their powers and cut funding to the SD; But Obama will steal the funds from the IRS (or some other agency) to replace the cut funding. He is thieving tax payer refunds from the IRS to pay states for his imploding Obamacare. He is too corrupt to follow the law of the land.
