Hey that is a great article. I too am an athiest and it has been more empowering for me to believe in myself and in science etc than to believe in fairytale religions. Quoting Penn Jillette "I think it is interesting that the religious claim you should turn to god when something is going wrong, when really what one should do is turn to other people instead". By the way he has book out now God, No! If any of you folks are interested in reading it. I am downloading it on my tablet as we speak!

Proud to be agnostic. I think being atheist takes as much faith as being religious. Both sides of that debate claim to know the truth....zealots on one side praying for the atheists and atheists yelling back that the zealots are idiots. I have my opinion on which side is right, but I certainly don't claim to KNOW all the answers.
