P411 Accounts

I contacted Laine in Fort Worth for the first time through P411 recently and she asked me to verify that the P411 account was actually mine. Apparently there are people out there who have taken over accounts from others. She asked for last name and birth date. I don't see how these would help prove that I am me and it really is my account. Of course, the opposite can also be true. Maybe Laine isn't really Laine. I am not sure what to do in this case. Please help.

Plain and simple...never give out personal information.

Because your P4 11 name is generated from your personal information. (at least that’s how it used to be when Gina ran it)

It used to be that your P411 ID was built from parts of your Lic/ID. So you were told to tape or cover most of your id and present it to the lady with the matching parts visible.

I don't think anyone EVER actually followed through with that, myself included other than 3 total times.

I personally know Laine and she is a great lady.
I vouch for her.
She screens for her comfort level.
