Suggestions for newbie?

I'm just getting started in the hobby and have been trying to learn how everything works. So I wanted to pose a question that has surely been answered before. Does anyone have recommendations for providers to start with in the Dallas area? What is the best way to build solid provider recommendations? Etiquette Do's/Don'ts? Thanks!

Search "newbie friendly dallas" in the keyword search field and only check in the provider ads forum (its a pull down menu option on the search page). Then check the reviews of the ladies that catch ur eye. Pm the reviewer(s) with specific questions you might have about the lady or the session. Keep them short and sweet and Don't expect helpful replies. If u get them, great! Contact the ladies and see what their newbie requirements are and if u are ok with then. Set a date. don't be late. Be clean
Respect the invisible line and try hard not to get emotionally attached
