Help accidentally changed my files to .INK!

I was searching my computer for photos.. and one popped up saying unable to open open with and damned if I didn't hit the OK and it automatically converted every single program to a .INK file and now I cannot open or use any program or file on my computer. It has all been defaulted to open with Firefox..ugh

I can't even do a system restore or use a back up disk everything is trying to open with Firefox. I have a Windows 7 OS. I am not techy so if anyone has any easy steps to help walk me through and fix this I would be so greatful!

1. Download the fix. (Use Right-click – Save as option in your browser to download the fixes.)
2. Unzip the file and extract the .REG file to Desktop.
3. Right-click the REG file and choose Merge. Alternately, you can open the Registry Editor and then using the Import option from the File menu, to merge the REG file contents.
Note that you need to be an administrator to apply these fixes.
